  • Two pieces boiled potatoes + oven cooked chicken breast or boiled.

Dinner

  • Vegetable soup dish + apple. 
  • Dish or salad + yogurt . 
  • Tuna salad + yogurt + a small fruit salad.

Friday Rest Day

Notes:

  • Drink two liters of water a day.
  • Drink a cup of green tea or ginger tea between meals.
  • When you feel hungry just eat a handful of nuts without salt or yogurt or piece of fruit.
  • Always remember, healthy diet is more effective with exercise.
